Do I Need A License For An Ebike?

One of the most common questions we get asked from our customers is "do we need a license to ride our ebikes" the answer is NO. However, under federal law, if the electric bike is over 750 watts or goes over 20 mph it will need to be registered with your local department of motor vehicles.
